WAVERIDERS Training School at Benone beach, is located on the North Coast, just follow the A2 Coast Road, 12 miles north of Limavady and is part of one of Ireland’s longest beaches with 11 kilometres of golden sands stretching from the mouth of Lough Foyle and Magilligan Point in the west to Downhill in the east.

Benone beach is a multiple recipient of the European Blue Flag and Seaside Resort Awards. These prestigious awards were achieved due to Benone’s excellent water quality, beach management standards and environmental initiatives. The beach, located beside Benone Tourist Complex also falls within the Magilligan Special Area of Conservation, a site of European Importance due to the extensive dune land system.
